However, over the years I have suffered routine skin irritation on my underarms that I attributed to traditional deodorant/antiperspirant. I gave the Arm & Hammer (sans aluminum and parabens) a shot. I have been using the deodorant for two weeks and have not once noticed a difference between it and my old Right Guard deodorant. The only difference, no skin irritation. This deodorant performs, for me, as well as any traditional deodorant without the potentially toxic substances traditional deodorants. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USE OF THIS PRODUCT. Was extremely surprised to see that it contains triclosan! Yes, I should have read this in the ingredients, but I never guessed that a "natural" deoderant would contain something that has been shown to be an endocrine disruptor as well as a compound that increases the development of children's allergies. Many other products "wore off" much sooner. But after 2-3 days of use I developed itchy, irritated, red armpits. I tried the unscented version of this product and had the same itchy reaction. Maybe it will work for others who don't have a reaction to the ingredients like I did. Pros

I absolutely LOVE this. I've put it up against two other natural brands that I've used including Tom's and this beats it completely. It lasts long, you don't need a lot of it to get the desired protection and it lasts far through the day. I've stayed dry with this deodorant when I'm at work constantly lifting things and when I'm on a performance on a hot stage. I'm extremely happy that I found this again! Pros

It took an additional week and a half for the rash to dissipate while I used no products. Pros
