I'm very pleased with these bath salts as a replacement for another product I'd used for years but was recently discontinued. I put a few tablespoons in my bath as I run it and the crystals dissolve easily. The smell is quite pleasant and I find the salts soothe my tired and sore muscles. I disagree with some reviewers who said the product is pricey for what you get. The size of the container is generous and I expect it to last through quite a number of baths! I will definitely continue to use this product in the future.

This is not a spa bubble-bath. This is therapy. To 'test' this product, I worked-out very hard including running, spinning, and weights. I am well-over 40 on top of which I'm just returning to my regular workouts so I expected the usual soreness of barely being able to move the next morning. I ran a more hot than warm bath, put in about 1/2 cup and soaked while watching a fav t.v. show on my ipod so I know it was about 30-45 min. Afterwards, I felt fine but real test was the next day. I STILL felt fine - barley any noticeable soreness! I didn't even need to take aspirin, rub-ointment or use a heating pad!!! MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS PRICE! My plea to the manufacturer would be to think volume because this is a winner of a product and many, many people could benefit. And like most people, I need to be economic especially on things I use often. Maybe a mix of 80-percent Muscle Soak with 20-percent Epson Salt or Sea-Salt...

This really, really works! Can substitute for oral pain relievers, in my case. That's great because the doc says I need to reduce my usage of anti-inflammatory drugs and this is a fantastic alternative. I soak for about 20 minutes, and feel so much better! Great for any kind of exertion or any muscle soreness. Doesn't leave the tub nasty either. Really makes having a bathtub worthwhile! One of the best products I've ever bought from drugstore.com!

Helps with sore muscles without leaving a messy tub and doesn't dry my skin out - throw in about a third of a cup, soak for 15 minutes, and feel a whole lot better.

My husband loves to use this at the end of a long, hard work day. It dissolves well in the water and smells great. He's tried many soaking salts and prefers this above all.

Add to running bath water and soak for 20 minutes. It has a soothing scent and really does help relax sore muscles. I have recommended this to my friends and they like it as well.

I love the bath salts. They really relax your muscles and makes the bath water silky.
I dont care for the cork as an opener. If you,re
young, probably no problem getting open but
if you are old as I am, it is rather difficult. I
finally had to use a regular stainless steel
knife to pry it open and then had to be careful the cork didnt fall into the salts (now that
would be one mess I can do without!).
I broke my hip in '99 and after a soak in these
salts I have no problem at all getting out of
the tub. Also a plus is the cost which is really
not too much for a product that is this much
hellp.
