A great idea, but! 2 of the little balls fell out, and the rim broke, so it was more of a leak factory than an applicator.

Easy to use. I always had a hard time reaching my back, but this makes it so easy.

I use this to apply lotion and self-tanner to places I can't reach, like my back. It does the job, and the rolling balls feel great on my tense back after a hot shower or bath. However, it does take time and work to keep it functioning. The lotion tends to migrate so it must be cleaned each time, you still must bend to awkward positions to apply to back (but it's possible), and the constant assembly after cleaning can sometimes be difficult. But it works, and I haven't come across a better product for the task.

I bought one of these and used it for awhile on myself. I found, though, that the cap does not keep the lotion airtight, so the lotion dries out and has to be added again or the rollers won't roll.

Then I started thinking... our bodies are always sloughing off dead skin cells, even when we exfoliate well. I should have thought of this before; massage therapists don't (or shouldn't) dip their hands into a tub of cream during a massage, but pump the cream into their hands, for this same reason. With this lotion application device, dead skin cells come off when it's rolled over the skin, roll inside and mix with the lotion. Great place for bacteria & fungi to breed. No thanks.

Hygienic red flag! I advise staying away from this thing.

Don't want to itch and want elasticity in your skin? A must have! They break easy so buy an extra but get one you won't be sorry you did until it breaks and you don't have a spare.

This product is awful, the lotion does not come out because the little balls don't roll, I would never reccommend this to anyone.

Out of the box this product worked perfectly. I left lotion in a applicator resivoir and the apploication balls started to become gummy. I thought this was due to the loction possibly drying out. i washed out the resivoir and one of the applicator balls popped out. When it fell on the sink, it stuck to the side of the sink. Upon closer examination the surface of the plastic roller balls were tacky and prevented them from spinning. I removed all the balls with a simple push and they all stuck together like a clump of grapes. Although the idea in good, the material selection for the roller balls was bad and probably trying to save money by using an inferior cheaper material.

I bought four of these as I use several lotions. The first one broke within a week. The others are still with me, but I handle them like Ming vases. Even so, one is losing the little balls. This would be wonderful if it could hold up under normal use.

I bought several of these body lotion applicators to give as gifts and bought one for myself. As it turns out, I didn't give these as gifts because they are not sturdy. Unless you apply the lotion while skin is still wet, the back of the applicator will crack and break after a few uses with lotion flying everywhere in the bathroom. Also, a few of the rolling balls came out. Does anyone know where I can purchase a better body lotion applicator?
