This product is great because it supplies DHA of 800mg and EPA of 400mg / teaspoon.It is an orange flavored liquid that provides all my Omega-3 needs in one teaspoon.
I have to force myself to take it as it tastes Fishy and Oilly for about 30 seconds, but I recommend it anyway and take it daily!!
