If it weren't for the woman that reviewed this product that said "twice a day" does the trick I probably wouldn't have known what to do, because there weren't any instructions on the box. I have to agree that it is a great product! Without any history of other menopausal side effects this one certainly caught me off-guard and I am glad to know that, not only other women go through the same thing, but also that there are effective products out there to help. It has made a world of difference.
Suggested Use: Apply a small amount of gel to the vaginal opening and external area as needed. This product is not a contraceptive and does not contain spermicide. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Store at room temperature.
