We both rarely have time to sit down with working and raising three children. They are delicious and have the vitamins and low sugar we need to keep off those extra pounds. They have even helped me loose those extra pounds after having kids. You won't regret ordering these. They taste like Snickers bars to me. The problem is they threw a total monkey wrench into my weight loss attempts. I was doing well and thought I'd incorporate these bars in to my routine to stave off hunger on the run. Weightloss came to a screeching halt, then I gained a few pounds. Guess my metabolism isn't taking to them. If they work for you they are wonderful but please purchase with caution. They're not for everybody.
