I've liked them for years but my husband has always avoided them because he doesn't like coconut... or so he thought until he was really craving a snack one day and grabbed one. now I have to hide them if I buy them and want to get more than 1 or 2 out of the box before they're gone! we eat low-carb off and on but love these for a treat or between-meal snack. they're not really for replacing a meal but will definitely tide you over if your next meal is a few hours away yet and you're needing a little something. the fact that they're delicious only helps! I wish they had a meal replacement bar in the same flavor... bigger with more protein.
