Best alternative to Depends Boosts that I've found -- but it costs much more because I have to use double booster pads most of the time. Also, the adhesive is so strong that I need to press it down on something like my pant leg and then peel it off and repeat three to five times before using it. That's the only way to make it "removable". This is somewhat exasperating, but better than having to deal with a shredded diaper.

The slim design is nice. It does absorb a SMALL quantity quite rapidly. But it does NOT absorb as much as the Depends Boost did. So most of the time I have to double up. I was used to doubling up the Depends when I went to the movies or on a long car ride -- but the cost quickly goes up when I need to use three or four of the Attends Booster Pads.

Well, I haven't found anything else out there. So this is the best, for now.

These products (as well as adult diapers) seem to be designed for the extremely elderly or people with damaged kidneys that aren't producing much urine. I have MS, but my kidneys are fine. So my bladder hits the adult diaper and booster pad with more than they are designed to handle. Very frustrating!

These booster pads are certainly better than nothing. Just wish Attends (or anyone) made a booster that accommodates a greater volume. And they could make the adhesive backing actually removable. It's a great concept: I loved (with the Depends Boost) being able, for example, to use an airport restroom, peel off the used pad, press on another one, and get on with life!

I bought these to replace the discontinued Depends Boosters. I am a caregiver for my 99 years old mother. These boosters were not designed for use by those that are incontience patient. There adhesive pads stayed in place but, don't use them for overnight. They need to be much more absorbent.

As a caregiver for my husband, these are a necessity. He sleeps many hours without awakening (12-16) so I slip replacement booster pad into the regular diaper while he is asleep.
