This product was purchased for my husband, who has incontinence issues due to stroke. We have tried many different brands, styles, and absorbencies, but no product has performed like these briefs. Superior for use at night~so much less laundry & pad usage. Soft & breathable, these briefs help prevent irritation. They fit well and the tabs allow for repositioning. I was so excited as to how well this product fits our needs.

With the downturn of the economy, I have seen the quality of this product go A+ product TO a C- on (on a A to F scale, F being the worst).
Although, the product holds more than a normal pad, the product has inside padding that clumps up before even used which makes the product less effective than it once was. Why would someone want to pay for a product that doesn't work to be worth the expense.

I have been using this product for about a year for overnight and if I know I am going to be away from home all day. Recently, though I noticed defects and the product tears easily making it useless. I have sent a complaint to the manufacturer with no response.

PRODUCT IS BEST USED WHILE SLEEPING OR BY BED-BOUND PATIENTS. A person who is walking will find the breif will come loose and be less protective while making it more evident there is something wrong.

These are great briefs and can been worn all morning or all afternoon without a change. The only down side I can say is that I'm not keen on breathable briefs due to odor control (so I wear plastic pants over them). The tapes hold well (perhaps the one negative review got a bad or early production run package). I do know the early ones had smaller velcro tabs....

I think these breifs are some of the best out there. I have tried almost every brand out there in various configurations. These breifs will easily last you half the day. The sides are breathable and the cover is cloth so no noise. They are thicker than most briefs but comparable to many of the super absorbant briefs on the market. One of the biggest features I like is the coverage of the padding. It goes almost to the top on the front and back and to each side farther than most. It allmost feels like a real cloth diaper with the padding. The velco tabs also allow for adjustment without any tears. The only real downside would be the price. If you can find them on sale, buy them, they will last twice as long as some less expensive briefs so the cost may be offset. I would highly recommend these.

I use these when I can, if it weren't for the cost, I would use these all the time. However, the cost is offset by the fact, you can wear them for nearly half of your waking hours. They are discrete under the right clothing and last a long time. No leaks, tabs seemed to hold on for me. Could not afford these if I had to pay the so called "regular price" but can when they are about half that. Padding coverage is very expansive and covers the front extremely well especially for male users and to the sides on the front and back very well. This is mainly why I like them. Great coverage and great overall. Also great for nightime use.

I use them because I broke my back and I am paralized. I have to self cath and almost every time the tabs come off of the diaper.
They are terrible.
