One of the most absorbent adult diapers I have tried. Fit is good, but these run small so if your waist size is greater than 34, I would recommend the Large. The absorbent padding clumps and falls apart quickly when wet, so not a good choice for vigorous activities such as running or active sports. The peach color is a detractor for me but it's just a color. The woven outer cover and velcro tapes make the brief easy to put on and re-adjust.

Excellent fit and general absorbency. Can leak from waist when lying down after several wettings, but no other protect is perfect in that respect. Soft outer cover is discreet and quiet but is bulky overall so try at home before using out. Perhaps the best tape system I have tried, can be repeatedly opened and closed with no negative effect.

My son is a young adult who scoots around the house as his primary means of getting around. He also enjoys lying on his back as his most comfortable position. These briefs have been the best I have found for him. He can urinate large quantities at a time and there are no accidents about 90-95 % of the time. They do a really good job with bowel incontinence also. Since my son is fairly active and doesn't just lie still or sit in one position, but also spends a lot of time on his back, the tendency is for urine to come out the back of diapers. These diapers have greatly reduced these accidents. We typically use a liner across the back of the diapers as well. Since there is no elastic in the waist, it can be hard to get the diapers on 'just right' and if they are not on high enough, the waist is too loose, and leakage becomes a problem. Our other problem is that because he moves around so much, the velcro sometimes slides a bit and the diaper loosens. This happens much less with these diapers than others. I have tried the attends that are one step down, (5 drops instead of 6 like these). They do not do a good enough job at night and the velcro slips even more. I appreciate also that these are breathable as he cannot tolerate the heat from plastic. . Overall, these are the best that I have found and we have tried every brand imaginable and have tried to keep up as brands change.

a great diaper for night time use, but too bulky for day use. They contain a lot of fluid and will surley get you through the night without leakage. I love the velcro fasteners cause they can be adjusted if the diaper becomes heavy. Can be used for both urine and bowel controll without a problem. I like these briefs but wish they werent so expensive.

This product lasts all night without leakage. It also does an excellent
job of controlling the odor of urine. Unlike most diapers the tabs can be repeatedly readjusted for fit and still hold. I was surprised because regular Attends do not hold much liquid but these do.

I tried these adult diapers since they were on sale and I was very pleasantly surprised by their performance.

Let me first say that I am totally bladder incontinent and also have episodes of bowel incontinence, so I really rely on adult diapers for protection 24/7. I wear 4 diapers a day and use them as fully as possible prior to changing since they aren't cheap. Since I am active and not bed bound, I need a diaper that will protect me no matter what. Now on to the review...

The first thing I noticed when I took the first diaper out of the package and unfolded it to put it on was how soft the outside and inside felt, even softer than cotton underwear. It was very easy to put on and the tapes were easy to fasten and more importantly refasten to achieve the snug fit required for the diaper to work properly. They fit me like a glove and were so comfortable to wear that I forgot I was wearing a diaper instead of regular underwear.

As I began to use the diaper I noticed how fast it absorbed the urine and how dry I felt right after I had wet. Even after multiple wettings over several hours, I still felt dry and comfortable. The cloth covering made them very comfortable and breathable to wear when it was hot outside. I also found that I did not sweat as much down there as I usually do when wearing a typical plastic disposable diaper. As they are used, the padding stays in place and does not clump up or sag like some diapers out there. I was able to get 4-6 hours of wear time in each diaper during the day and 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night without leaking.

If you also have bowel incontinence, I can assure these do a nice job of containment even though they lack inner standing leak guards or an elastic waistband. They are able to hold a medium accident without leaking out of the legs or the back of the waistband. Odor control is not bad.

Overall, I would recommend the Attends Extended Wear brief (diaper) to anyone who needs heavy to complete protection for bladder and/or bowel incontinence and doesn't mind paying extra for comfort and security.
