The best fitting and most comfortable disposable brief on the market! They fit and feel like underwear NOT a diaper. They are great for day use due to not being thick and the plastic backing is not loud. I have complete bladder and partial bowel and these are extremely good briefs that I wear with confidence.

Now these are NOT extended wear briefs at all. I change every 3-4 hours at most unless I use a booster pad. I do not suggest these for night use.

We use this for our special needs child. It works great for daytime use - school, etc. For overnight a more absorbent diaper is needed. The straps are a one use only, they will tear if you try to pull them off and refasten. We simple cut them with a child's scissors (no sharp edges). Three straps fit better and more secure than a diaper with only two. The lighter weight is its biggest advantage, but also its biggest disadvantage, in that it's more comfortable, but less absorbent.

Good for everyday use but don't be fooled into thinking they will hold more than two or three wettings. Had some leaking by legs when sitting. Better than Depends Max, but not by much. Fits well and feels dry. Plastic backing feels nice but is loud when walking. Good value overall as long as you can change a few times a day.

I am a 23yr old incontinent female with a heavy urine flow and was looking for a decent incontinent product for this in everyday use. When I recieved them I was highly dissapointed. They are very lound and crinkly, the tapes are sticky like a baby diaper and good for only 2 adjusts and thats it. This product leaks very quick and very in effective. I might as well have gone with out wearing it for the amount that it leaked. The only positive is that they fit right, and where comfortable. Other than that terrible product that needs some help
