Very good shape anatomically speaking, very comfortable. Unfortunately for me it can only be used for light use. If you go somewhere bring several with you.

This is the thinnest and most comfortable pad for small drips, you forget its there. drug store.com has the best price on them I have found[...] I also use tena pads, cheaper but bulkier.

Comments about Attends Guards for Men, 64 ea:

As a long time user (2-3 years) I have not found a better pad for light leakage or short time (3-4 hours) wear. The seam does come unglued so the pad has to be positioned just right. When the seam comes undone you can have those embarrassing leakage spots. I do cut the bottom 1 ½ inch off to make them more comfortable between your legs. I am waiting for someone to make a better product that works better, until then this pad will do.

This product gives me the peace of mind to walk a long way without worrying about leaking. The pad fits well and hasn't leaked. Works as advertised. Smallest pad I've found but I can't find it in my local stores.

Comments about Attends Guards for Men, 64 ea:

The slit at the lower half of the pad should be at the upper half. Urine is subject to gravity! Plus I have to tape across the seal on the outside to keep the pad from separating as I wear it.
It is the thinest pad for men I can find, so there really is not much alternative.
Only on that basis, would rI ecommend it to a friend if what he needs is just a light pad.
