Unlike some reviewers, the scent doesn't bother me. It smells natural with no overpowering perfumes. This product moisturizes really well and makes my skin look smooth and great!! I really think the natural ingredients are incredibly effective on my sensitive skin.

The smell is cucumbers, not fish and is clean and fresh smelling. I have tried many low price to high price moisturizers including Neutrogena, Cetaphil, First Aid Beauty, other organic products and even prescription. None of them have helped with the dry, red patches I get beside my mouth in cycles. This helped immediately and it also smoothes out fine lines around the eyes and eyelids. It leaves your skin feeling baby soft. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

I find this to be a nice lotion to use if I'm not planning to spend time in sun (no SPF). It absorbs very quickly- maybe too quickly- you have to work fast to make sure it gets everywhere you want it. It leaves your skin with a completely non-greasy matte finish, but still moisturized. I find if it's very dry out, it's not quite enough moisture for me, so I probably won't use it for winter.

As far as I'm concerned the scent of this lotion is not at all bad. It smells faintly of the ocean, or at the worst maybe seaweed, but definitely not fish. And the scent disappears pretty quickly anyway. Still, I guess if you are very sensitive about these things, you should maybe just skip it. I do think this would be a good lotion for guys because of the non-floral scent and matte finish.

This product smells like fish sooo bad...I had to wash my face three times, the stench was lingering! It's was terrible!!!

Smell can be the difference between using or not using product. This one smells like fish... Not attractive.

This product works GREAT! I love the smell of it and it truly leaves my face soft. I use it along with the Aubrey Organics Sea Buckhorn toner. I could feel the difference in my face after a day or two and will definitely continue to use this product! One of the best things... the ingredient list is truly all things that I can say and is obviously natural and organic! I would highly recommend this product!

This is a fabulous moisturizer. It does not contain many of the cheap ingredients found in other mass market (and often more expensive) moisturizers, such as glycerin and silicones. Even though the product description claims that it is for combination dry skin, I believe it can be used for oily skin as well (my skin is oily and I LOVE IT). It does not cause breakouts. Some people may be turned off my the smell. Remember, you are using a high-quality natural product, and one without artificial fragrances.
