I bought this for my fiance - he likes to use it before shaving. Does what it's supposed to, no frills, I think it gives him less razor burn either because he properly suds up before shaving - or this stuff helps with a smoother shave.

Don't take three stars as it being a horrible product, just one that isn't all that great but it sort of does the job. The smell is similar to bathroom cleaners but not heavily so it's not that bad. It doesn't have nearly enough "scrub" ingredients for my taste. Those two things combined, along with the price is why I gave it three stars. I just don't feel, for the price, that it was worth it. To be fair, I've yet to find an organic/natural face scrub product that I've liked. This one was far better than the Burt's Bees scrub, that had a horrible smell.

I like to buy quality and natural/organic but I am also frugal- this stuff is worth it. I bought it for my boyfriend (but use it sometimes myself.) He can not get enough of it!! He is not a primper (not "metrosexual") but uses it all the time and loves it. It has smoothed out all his shave bumps. His whole face is baby soft. No more ingrown hairs. AND its all-natural.
