"Panic Button" is one of the best aromatherapy products I have found. I went through a very stressful time and was having panic attacks and horrible anxiety. This stuff was my saving grace. It really helps you breath and relax. I keep some at work and spritz it in my office when I am stressed. I take a deep breath and soak it in. It's fantastic. I also keep some at home and spray it whenever I need a calming moment. It is a subtle, lightweight scent that is non-irritating.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
The smell of Panic Button just did not work for me nor my husband. I ended up throwing it away. I can't even describe the scent, honestly. I will try a different Aura Cacia scent eventually. I travel a lot so I like the bottle itself -it travels well to refresh those musty hotel rooms.
