This product was a treat for my roommate and I while on deployment to AFG. We needed just a little creature comfort to sleep, and this stuff did the trick! Spraying it on the pillow and bed before bedtime, the mist leaves behind a light scent of a wonderful combinations of essential oils, and helps to lull one to sleep. Great product and would recommend to anyone hoping for a better night's sleep.

I spray this on my pillow, top and bottom, every night before I go to sleep. I am a poor sleeper and this stuff is like a miracle. I sleep through the night and wake up rested. A wonderful product for the right person - there is nothing like a good night's sleep. It also has a lovely scent.

I've been using Aura Cacia products for ages, and this one does not disappoint. The predominant scent is lavender, nicely balanced out by hops, chamomile, patchouli and sweet orange. It reminds me of the scent of a new age/metaphysical boutique. I spritz it on my PJ's as well as my pillow every night - it's like my mini-nighttime ritual.
