It may have been just an allergic reaction on my part, but I felt like I had chemical burns all over my body and because the oil had already soaked into my skin no amount of showering it off would help. BE CAREFUL if this stuff comes in contact with your skin. I generally don't have sensitive skin either, which is why I am surprised this irritated my skin so badly. But it does smell good.
