Cons Best Uses Comments about Aura Cacia Pure Essential Oil, Peppermint: This peppermint oil is great at relieving my migraines. After years of suffering with them, I'm now doing acupunture and was suggested I use the peppermint oil (or lavendar - peppermint worked for me) as an alternative, or in addition to OTC/Rx meds. I sprinkle a drop or 2 in the palm of my hand and use my pointer finger to dab the oil and put it on the area of my forehead that hurts. You need to be careful not to get to much or it will go into your eyes and sting. A little goes a long way! And don't touch the top of the jar with your finger - your oil from your skin can ruin the jar. I now carry it with me in my purse in case of on-the-go headaches. Cons Best Uses Comments about Aura Cacia Pure Essential Oil, Peppermint: I add about 3 drops to the shower floor before getting in and the aroma really wakes me up. love it. I also take a q tip with one dot of oil on it and run it at the base of my hairline on the back of my head if I feel a headache coming on, sometimes I dilute it with un scented lotion and apply to invigorate my body. Comments about Aura Cacia Pure Essential Oil, Peppermint: I really love this oil. It has a fresh, clean, pure peppermint scent that's so refreshing. It's great in the bath, or on my pillowcase at night, or in a diffuser. A couple of drops mixed with plain jojoba oil makes an invigorating massage oil. It's very concentrated, so you only need a few drops.

Best Uses Comments about Aura Cacia Pure Essential Oil, Peppermint: It does not smell like fresh mint. It has a strange odor to it. I have grown mint in the past. The two do not have much similarity. Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend (1 of 4 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Cons Best Uses
Comments about Aura Cacia Pure Essential Oil, Peppermint: The peppermint smell is very strong and it wakes up my senses instantly. The smell can be overwhelming, but at least it doesn't have that cheap floral smell. I use it on my warmer, but the smell doesn't seem to permeate the room after it has burned off. I do like the fact that it's all 100% ESSENTIAL oil. It's definitely worth a try.
