I've found the best way to use them is to break them in quarters and find a spot in your shower that is not in the direct flow of water (like soap dish or corner ledge). If they were cheaper I would use them everyday as the Eucalyptus is very refreshing and therapeutic. I use it to feel refreshed in the morning or to relax/calm in the evening. The scent keeps me in the moment, rather than my mind racing about all the things I have to get done. Overall great product, but I took one star off for price. I thought that effervescent tablets with aromatherapy benefits would provide some quick relief for him in the shower. He said the tablets opened up him up, and he felt less congested for a couple of hours. I tried them too, and they gave me a nice, refreshing, and awakening aromatic shower. Best Uses Comments about Aura Cacia Shower Tablets, Purifying Eucalyptus, 3 ea: This seems like a great idea -- but fell short![...] They dissolve very quickly and the scent, although good, is very light -- you could accomplish the same thing with scented body wash and have a better experience. Also, only 3 tablets were in the box -- I thought the description said 4 tablets, but I must have been mistaken. Complete waste of money, unless you've got lots of money to burn!

Overall, it works okay and we don't have any complaints. Just drop it on the shower floor and take a nice, hot shower. Our only gripe is that it's not as strong as the Sudacare, but other than that, I'd purchase it again.
