I found that this shampoo works great. The problem is it strips everything out of your hair. For some people that would be a very good thing. However I just use light gel daily so I do not have the need. I find myself using a moisture shampoo daily and then 1-2 times per week I use this shampoo...I like the way it makes your scalp feel...tingly...Bottom line this shampoo is strong..be heavy on conditioner...
