I purchased this item as a blind buy. Since I normally like musky fragrances, I thought this would be great especially after seeing all the positive reviews.

However, either I got a bad bottle or I am anosmic, because I cannot detect any musk. All I can smell is something reminiscent of burning rubber tires and wood. Weird. The oil is also kind of sticky. The smell itself is actually not unpleasant, just not what I expected.

I will keep it though, as I have found it to be useful for layering, i.e., layered under my amber/vanilla fragances, it makes them a bit more interesting / longer-lasting. So, not a total disappointment.

Took a chance on this (can't beat the price) and very glad I did. Agree that it's a bit weak--I sometimes put on two layers before going to work--but at the same time, it stays in the background throughout the day in a very nice, understated way. Definitely buying more and probably will just keep one in my car for days when I left too quickly to add on something nice.

Not sure of the age of these. The label is different than the current label when bought directly from them. Also it did not seem to be a strong as the ones bought directly from the company. This makes me question how old the product may have been.

This is a good fragrance and it is very affordable. It lasts quite awhile, but isn't too overpowering. The rollerball insures that application is even and simple. This is a good scent if you don't like the strong scent of bottled perfumes or if you are allergic to it.
