I've been using this product for seven years! It's actually a good value, because I use much less, with much more flavor and lather. Being uncertain about the fluoride controversy, I alternate this toothpaste in the morning, with Tom's fluoride in the evening. The flavor takes some getting used to, but soon becomes a delight!
