I just thought I'd put in a quick review to let people know that it does work great on diaper rash too- since everyone so far seems to have used it for its other purposes :)
My baby developed a horrible diaper rash (raw, weepy) one night, and since we'd never dealt with anything that bad before I pulled out this great ointment from Avalon Baby- I'm so glad I picked it up on a whim! It was a great barrier to help the skin heal, especially at night with bum powder used on top. I attribute fast healing to lots of diaper-free time and using this ointment and powder when baby was in a diaper.
I'm on to order more in case the poor thing ever has such a rash again!

I was looking for something to soothe my baby girls' chapped cheeks. Face cheeks. I did not want a petroleum-based product and so found this one. Works wonderfully. Will buy again.

This lotion does such a good job of softening middle-aged skin that its worth keeping around some old clothes to wear for when the greasy stuff gets on the clothes. I put it on right after a shower. The skin softening effect lasts for days.

love it! It does say for diaper area, and I'm sure it would be great for that, but we use it on our lips and dry patches on cheeks. It's very, very thick and can be difficult to squeeze out of tube but a tiny amount goes a long way. I am very sensitive to perfumes and scents and this has none, so great! It is pricy but it will last you forever! We have been using aquaphor for years, if you like aquaphor, you will love this! And the ingredients are all natural.

I'm actually using this on my 11 week old daughter's face and scalp where there is dryness. It's fantastic! It keeps her skin ultra smooth and I feel comfortable with the ingredients compared to some of the other products that are specially recommended for those areas which contain more chemical ingredients.
