I used to like this conditioner but the new formula does not untangle at all... No matter the amount I use. I like that it is all natural, but there is no point if it doesn't work. Will be trying a new product :(

This was my go-to all time favorite conditioner. It saved my tangled mess hair. It softened and made it shine. I got so many compliments. I could comb through my wet hair again. I even brought it with me to the hair salon and made them use it on me. It changed my life. My pH was restored and all was right with the world.
Then they changed their formula and my hair is right back to being a knotted up tangled mess. It's horrible. What's worse, they say it's new and improved, more sustainable on the label. So sad and disappointed. I will have to tell all the people I recommended it to look somewhere else like I will have to.

Don't buy this. I will switch back to Giovani tree tea conditioner.

I did not think I would like it at first because of the way it goes on... it is very think and does not seem to cover much when using it in the shower. But I have found that after my hair is dried it does a good job hydrating my scalp for healthy hair. I like this product.

It's great on my head too, but one day I ran out of shaving cream and reached for the conditioner as a substitute. I've never bought proper shaving cream since: the Avalon Conditioner leaves my face well moisturized while the tea-tree and mint components give my face a nice tingly feeling. Something in the conditioner also makes the razor slide better over my face.

I used to get rashes when I shaved too often, but now I can do it every day. Its a godsend.

This really helps calm the scalp from very dry winter conditions. Nice for the hair as well. No complaints - I found the smell enjoyable, but could see how some people might not like it.

I bought this because of all the safe ingredients and because so many of them had been recommended for my hair loss. Hair loss has improved now that I am using these products that do not contain harsh ingredients. This product feels so great and tingly that I leave it on as long as possible. My hair is straight, but it does not weigh it down. Great product!

This is really good product and company. the product was okay but I need more conditioning. I would recommend for anyone who does not struggle with dry hair.
