Finally after all these years I found a make-up remover that truly washes off all my make-up without drying my skin out. I use a pump and a half in the shower and voila make-up is gone. And after the first use I had to take a second look in the mirror because my face looked softer, lines diminished, pores smaller and clearer skin. This all from a cleanser? I now use their entire CoQ10 line and it is wonderful! Not tested on animals, vegetarian, made in the US, it's all good.

I have combination skin, and love the Avalon Organics CoQ10 facial cleansing gel for summer use. It deep cleanses and removes all makeup, including eye makeup. However, it is way too drying for winter use. So I decided to try the facial cleansing milk. It is much gentler than the gel; it doesn't leave my skin overly dry in the winter. Also, the milk doesn't burn my eyes (like the KissMyFace Clean for a Day cleanser does). The biggest drawback has to do with makeup removal. In order to remove all face makeup, I need to use the CoQ10 cleansing milk in conunction with a washcloth. I apply two dollops of the milk to my face and neck, spread around, then wipe off with a damp cloth. This leaves my face very clean. (Without the washcloth, some residue remains, causing breakouts). Sometimes I use the matching toner afterwards, but not always. I'd prefer not needing a washcloth at all, but so far the rubbing hasn't hurt my skin. The bigger problem, however, is that my eye makeup remains, even though my mascara isn't waterproof. So I then pull out my trusty CoQ10 cleansing gel and use it over my eye area only, and rinse clean. Because I need both a washcloth and a second product to remove eye makeup, I'm only giving the milk 4 stars. But I plan to keep using it for winter. Compared to KissMyFace, it doesn't burn my eyes and costs less than half the price. So for now, this is the best natural option I've found for combination skin in the winter.

I've been using COQ10 Cleansing Milk for several years, and love it. Then my local store wasn't carrying it any more, so I tried the Avalon Organics Vitamin C cleansing milk. It was such a disappointment--the texture, the smell, the effectiveness... It's not worth changing when you find something so good.

My husband and I use this morning & night as our facial cleanser. I have rosacea and he has combination skin--it works well for us both. I've noticed the redness in my face is less when I use this regularly. LOVE the smell!

I love this product and I'm so glad I bought two of them. The smell is lavender, so if you love lavender products like I do, you'll adore this one. Sometimes I'll use it twice in the shower, just for the feel and scent. I have very dry skin and this helps a lot.

I bought this in the grocery store because my other natural cleanser had run out and I was desperate. I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. It smells nice and is very gentle. Best of all, it completely removes my mascara so I don't wake up with black specks under my eyes-- something that no other natural cleanser has accomplished. I am now looking into other Avalon Organics products.

This cleanser really works. I had been using the Avalon Lavender cleanser, but this one really gets my pores clean. I have mature, fairly dry skin. It doesn't leave my skin feeling dried out. The scent is pleasant, not strong.

I bought to use daily at night to wash and remove my makeup. It did that, but for the first time in a while, I got a broke out on my chin. I liked that it cleaned my face and left it feeling a little soft due to the creamy consistency of the cleanser, but didn't feel like it deep cleaned. I went away from Aveeno foaming because it kept getting clogged and wanted to try something different from the Neutrogena deep cleaning foaming as well.I'll probably go back to Neutrogena or try yet another cleanser.

This cleanser is great in the winter months when my skin is dryer. I use the daily cleanser from Avalon in the summer months.

I love this cleanser. As I age, my face has developed a few, small discolorations. Since I began using Avalon CoQ10, these spots are disappearing, large pours are shrinking and fine wrinkles are smooth skin again. I am 60 and this is an awesome product!
