I have been using this for a few years now and I love it. I only have one bad thing to say, I think they changed something with the ingredients because it has a not so great smell. It used to smell very nice and clean and strongly of lavender and now it is kinda chemical smelling.

I purchased this for my 11 year old daughter so that she would develop good skin care habits before her teen years. I was just looking for a gentle, natural cleanser that she would enjoy and use regularly. I got that and much more! My daughter did not have problem skin before she used this product. However, after using this cleanser for several weeks, I noticed that her skin has become BEAUTIFUL. Her skin is flawless and luminous now. I'm thinking of trying it on my middle-aged skin and seeing what it can do for me! BTW, the lavender fragrance is lovely and my daughter says her skin feels "great" after she washes with this cleanser. (Not dry, not oily)

I use this every day on my acne-prone, sensitive combination skin. Am eager to try the cleansing lotion, which is described as even gentler. Smells fantastic.

I am totally hooked on the Avalon Organics Lavender line. Lately my 40-ish skin has just been acting weird. Blotches, larger pores, adult acne, dry spots, hyperpigmentation should I go on?:( I decided to go more organic and this Lavender line is perfect for me. This cleansing gel removes my make-up in one wash and does not leave my skin too dry. Just a little bit is needed (dime size) to foam up nicely when you rub it in between your hands and apply it to you face. Be careful to not use too much, you don't need it and it will dry your skin. This gel seems to make my ultra moisturizer even work better. It is not expensive honestly I have the same bottle for months now.

I bought the whole line... cleanser, toner, moisturizer, exfoliator, and eye gel. I use the first 3 in the morning and the last 2 at night. I have adult acne prone skin and I still have breakouts but it's not unmanageable. I love that it has no parabens or other "bad stuff" in it. This lavender line smells great and I enjoy using it. I would have given 5 stars but I wanted it to completely clear my skin. I had tried proactive but the steroids in that made my face and neck all red and big hairs grow out my cheeks and chin (yeah, I agree, GROSS!) I'd rather cover up my acne than be plucking hairs everyday. Imagine what that's doing to your body then? Bottom line, can't go wrong with organic products.

Completely removes my make-up without over drying my skin. Goes well with the rest of the Avalon Lavender line that I use. After one week of starting this Avalon Lavender line because I have sensitive skin, I saw a major improvement. I even get compliments now on my face and my adult (44) acne is gone. I will buy this again and again.

I've tried many facial cleansers over the years, and Avalon's the best I've found so far. My skin is extremely sensitive and prone to cyclical breakouts, but I've barely had any zits since using Avalon. The cleanser effectively removes makeup on the first pass, without feeling greasy, stinging, or leaving any residue. The scent is not overpowering (my oily-skinned boyfriend loves it, and we're both extremely picky about our skincare). Avalon is committed to using benign ingredients and doesn't test on animals. I think we've found a winner!

I just bought this the other day. Now I'm looking for excuses to wash my face! The product smells great, lathers well and feels really luxurious. A great treat for the face, especially at the end of the day. My skin is really oily in summer and this cleanser does a great job of making it feel clean, but not too dry. It does have borage and flax oil in it which I've heard can clog pores. No problems with that yet.
