Great lotion, but strong scent

I first chose this lotion as I'm trying to find some organic products that are reasonably priced, good quality, and better for me. I like citrus scents (moreso orange and grapefruit I guess), so I tried this lotion. As I applied it, I found the texture to be great! This lotion is high quality, goes on so smooth, not greasy at all. However, I felt like the scent was equivalent to Pledge lemon-scented dusting spray. And it's quite a strong scent initially. Because of that, I will not be purchasing this particular lotion again although I would definitely try other Avalon lotions. I would have rated this a 5 if not for the strong lemon scent. I should note that the strength of the scent does diminish in a reasonable period of time. If you love lemon scent, this is the everyday body lotion for you!

Avalon Organics Hand and Body Lotion is the best and the only lotion that I use on my sensitive skin. I have tried other brands and always come back to Avalon Organics. It is not greasy, goes on smoothly and absorbs well. The fragrance is light and delicate, never overpowering. It's just great!

I used it after a shower. It goes on white on skin and it takes a few minutes to absorb into the skin. My son told me that I smell like lemonade. It didn't get rid of my dry patches, but for semi dry skin, it moisturizes well.

I bought a small sample of the peppermint body wash and loved the product. I searched online and found the whole line of products at Drugstore.com. I was thrilled to fine the shampoo, conditioner, and lotions. I highly recommend all of the Avalon Organics products.

Like most everyone else, I like this lotion too! It smells great and moisturizes without leaving an extra layer on top that doesn't absorb. I highly recommend.

Have searched for a lotion which does the job and is a fairly natural concoction - so this one does both for me. This stuff is great for regular moisturizing. Will echo about the smell - it is wonderful and wished it would last longer!

I apply lotion after every hand washing to keep my hands moist and this one really does the trick-soft, refreshing scent and perfectly absorbs into hands leaving them feel moisturized but not greasy!
