For years, I purchased this product from the grocery store. Apparently, they recently changed the formula. It used to smell great. Now it does not resemble lavender in the least. I can't get my money back from the grocery store or the company because I don't have a receipt. I'm very sad to have to look for a new lotion.

Not sealed, wrapped in plastic which is not enough packaging. However, it smells good. I also had to wipe a lot of it off the packaging. In so doing, I got it on my hands. It feels good on the skin.

Service and delivery comments:

This lotion was sent to me with several other lotions to use as a Xmas Gift. The lotion had busted through the lid, under the cap, and from under the pump filling the plastic it had been wrapped in. Drugstore's great customer service replaced the product. But, the same thing happened. I will not be buying this product again because it is not sealed and can't handle being transported.

I am sensitive to scents (get a massive headache from perfumes, colognes, incense, etc). I have found that while lavender is a great, clean scent (that can actually help with headaches), other scents are usually added to it--yling ylang, patchouli, musk--all of which make the lotion unusable for me. This lotion has none of those extra scents. It is thick, but not greasy. And a friend of mine, whom I shared an office with for a while, used to say that she loved it when I put some on my hands because it would make the whole room smell great. The price is a little out of my budget, but it is a treat that I think well worth the money.

Even though this costs a little more than many of the cheaper lotions, I keep coming back to it because it really works! It absorbs into my skin and softens my feet like no other, even in the dry winter months. Plus it's all natural, which makes me feel good about using it - no parabens or petroleum! And it smells great. I've been using it for years.

Just the right scent - I'm not a person who can tolerate many scents - many give me a headache, especially when they smell synthetic. This has a nice fresh smell which only lingers for a while so it doesn't smell up your clothes. Just the right moisturization - I also have dry skin - this lotion works wonders when I use it right out of the shower but it isn't greasy and keeps skin soft. This is the only lotion I've used for almost a year now.

This product is awesome! I live in Ohio and we have really harsh winters and my skin becomes extremely dry. I apply it after my shower and it lasts all day. My hands aren't cracked anymore since I started using this product. I do not recommend using it on your face, it tends to clog your pores and create blemishes. It also has a great smell! I love this product!
