My hair does become more bouncy after wash, but it was only because it striped both the hair and scalp too dry. In reaction to the dryness, my scalp become even oilier more quickly and dandruff comes out. I strongly recommend that whoever has oily hair stays away with it. My hair is straight and fine and this shampoo cleans without weighing it down and really seems to keep it fuller, shinier and healthier. Just a great scent too.

I hadn't used it in a year or two and recently bought the "New and improved with more essential oils" bottle. It's TERRIBLE. I actually washed my hair and then went immediately to my hairstylist to have it styled into an updo and she remarked that she wished I had washed it first. Seriously? It feels like putting baby oil directly on your hair. It leaves my hair greasy and dull. Apparently the newly-added essential oils are not the best.

It was colored only 2 weeks before I tried this shampoo and conditioner, and the next day I noticed gray peeking up from the scalp.
