This is a nice gentle moisturizer. I have very dry skin, and this product definitely helps to soften my skin, which works for me because I have yet to find anything that truly imparts a lot of moisture into my skin. It is non irritating and leaves my skin smooth and soft.

I would not have bought this for myself after reading the reviews because I am quiet sensitive to fragrance, especially floral fragrances. I bought this for my teen daughter. I tried it and was surprised that it was not too offensive to me. I love how light it feels on my face. So, give it a try if the only reason you wouldn't is the reviews about the smell.

I use this product only a night after washing my face with another Aveeno cleanser product. I have combination skin with extreme dryness on my nose and cheeks but oily skin on my forehead and chin.

I believe this product is best right after washing/showering your skin because it will be the easiest time for your skin to absorb the moisturiser. It has a very strong fragrance so if you have allergies to fragrances you may not want to use this. I find that it keeps my skin moisturised all night without any tight or oily feeling on my combination skin.

I was looking for a night cream to help with my dry, dull skin during the winter months in NYC. I usually love Aveeno products so I thought I'd give this a try.

I've only been using it for a week. It is a good moisturizer but the fragrance is unnecessary and cloying. It's very floral and probably wouldn't be so offensive if I weren't applying it right to my face. Luckily I put it on and go right to sleep so I don't have to experience it for very long.

Ok product, will not repurchase.

I am 51 years old and spend a lot of time outside with horses. Those fine lines are getting a little deeper. I have using this product for a month and am seeing a significant different in the number of lines . Love the texture and smell. If only I had started using it earlier.

My sensitive combination skin needs hydration more than moisture and this product actually delivers just that. It leaves my skin soft and hydrated and I do not wake up with a greasy shine or breakouts.

I put this on at night before going to bed. The next day, my pores are either smaller or gone. The only thing is that it can feel a little greasy at times especially on hot summer nights.

When it comes to cosmetics, I'm a total brand snob. When I was in my mid-twenties, I started purchasing higher-end face products from a dermatologist that were more tailored to my skin type, and couldn't believe the difference. It's been a long, long time since I bought a drugstore product for regular use on my face.

But one day I realized I was almost out of my regular $70/bottle nighttime moisturizer on the night before I went out of town for a week. Eeek! Desperate, I ran out to the store to find something that was least likely to destroy my skin. I picked up this Aveeno Smart Essentials Nighttime Moisture Infusion.

I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. First impression was that the product smelled good (light floral), it was creamy and relatively light (for a night moisturizer), and it absorbed into my skin like a dream. My skin never felt greasy afterward (although I should say that I actually prefer a slight dewiness on my face - better than flaky dryness!)

After I got back from my trip, my skin was looking and feeling fine, so I didn't rush to order my regular stuff. And by the time I got to the end of the jar (about two months later), my skin texture had actually improved! My skin was soft and smooth, no clogged pores on my forehead, no dry spots around my mouth, no sensitivity. But I was married to my old product, so I dutifully ordered a new bottle. Within a week, my skin felt so dry and tight, and I actually started to notice fine lines that weren't there before. And those pesky dry spots were back. Whaaaaaat? I ran back out to the drugstore and bought another jar of this stuff, and I haven't looked back. Now that $70 moisturizer will be my backup if I run out of THIS! :)
