I've used this cleanser for years on my sensitive skin. Although my skin is slightly on the dry side, I don't find this oil-free cleanser to be drying. (If I'm interrupted and can't get to finish my moisturizing and makeup routine for a while, my skin never feels uncomfortably dry. I feel clean and refreshed after using it. It is not heavy or hard to rinse off. I searched for years to find a sensitive skin cleanser I liked (and that my skin liked), and this was the best I could find.

I have very sensitive skin that is oily in a couple of areas but otherwise dry. Recently I developed mild rosascea, so I need a very gentle cleanser. This cleanser is mild and seems as if it isn't doing much, yet it removes my makeup effectively. My complaint is with the dispenser. This cleanser is a thin liquid that comes out foamy through the dispenser. That is fine, except that the dispensers on two of the three bottles I've bought have jammed. Press it down to dispense product, then it won't go up again. Pull it up to dispense a little more ... then pull it up again. Pouring it onto my hand isn't a great option because it is watery, and I end up wasting it. I'm not sure I'll buy this again because of the dispenser. It needs work.

I love this product. It's easy to use, non-irritating, and does not make my acne-prone combination skin too greasy or leave any residue. I'm now using my second bottle, and I'll probably continue using it.

I use it in the morning and before bed. It takes a while to remove all of my makeup but I just make sure wash my face really good for a minute or 2 before I rinse it off. I also use a mild face scrubber (like a small loofah) to help clean and exfoliate my skin. I've used other facial cleansers but I always go back to this cleanser. Its light, mild, and it rinses clean. It can be a little drying but I have oily skin so I don't mind it all. I hope they keep this product in their line.

I've used this foaming cleanser for the last couple of years. It's one of the few products I've found that works with my sensitive skin. After the first couple of weeks of use I noticed my skin was less splotchy and irritated. I highly recommend this product for those who have sensitive skin.

Way too gentle, you need to use a lot to get your face clean, I have to do it twice all the time, it smells good, that's all I can say on the positive side...

i use aveenos unscented lotion and shave cream and body wash and these three work great on my skin. but the calming foaming unscented face wash does not, i broke out with hive on my upper body and redness and bumps on my face. fyi,it might work great for some people but not on my skin.

It is useful to remove all my makeup. I have combo/sensitive skin and this dries me out a lot.Leaves a tight feeling to my face and is making my skin flaky. While looking for a better replacement cleanser, I'm going to use a hydrating toner.On the plus side, it doesn't make me breakout and rinses cleanly. Foaming formula should be good for oily skin types.
