It cleanses like it should and removes makeup very well without any harsh smells, colors, etc. I would highly recommend this to anyone who breaks out easily, has sensitive skin, combination skin - such as myself. It's very hard to find an oil free cleanser that also contains good ingredients. This cleanser doesn't contain anything that will improve your skin, IMO, but it is oil free. 2. It doesn't break my skin out. And almost everything does. I started using this because my old skin care products were causing major breakouts all over my face. This cleanser (along with the oil free non SPF day crme cleared it all up. Now the cons: 1. VERY drying. Once I used this to remove mascara and it burned my eye area so badly my skin has been peeling around my eyes for several days! Leaves my combo/oily skin feeling tight. 2. The dispenser is a piece of junk. It stopped working properly. 3. Most importantly, IMO, these products are tested on animals. Although my skin is slightly on the dry side, I don't find this oil-free cleanser to be drying. (If I'm interrupted and can't get to finish my moisturizing and makeup routine for a while, my skin never feels uncomfortably dry. I feel clean and refreshed after using it. It is not heavy or hard to rinse off. I searched for years to find a sensitive skin cleanser I liked (and that my skin liked), and this was the best I could find. Pros

Recently I developed mild rosascea, so I need a very gentle cleanser. This cleanser is mild and seems as if it isn't doing much, yet it removes my makeup effectively. My complaint is with the dispenser. This cleanser is a thin liquid that comes out foamy through the dispenser. That is fine, except that the dispensers on two of the three bottles I've bought have jammed. Press it down to dispense product, then it won't go up again. Pull it up to dispense a little more ... then pull it up again. Pouring it onto my hand isn't a great option because it is watery, and I end up wasting it. I'm not sure I'll buy this again because of the dispenser. It needs work. Pros

It takes a while to remove all of my makeup but I just make sure wash my face really good for a minute or 2 before I rinse it off. I also use a mild face scrubber (like a small loofah) to help clean and exfoliate my skin. I've used other facial cleansers but I always go back to this cleanser. Its light, mild, and it rinses clean. It can be a little drying but I have oily skin so I don't mind it all. I hope they keep this product in their line. Pros

It's one of the few products I've found that works with my sensitive skin. After the first couple of weeks of use I noticed my skin was less splotchy and irritated. I have combo/sensitive skin and this dries me out a lot.Leaves a tight feeling to my face and is making my skin flaky. While looking for a better replacement cleanser, I'm going to use a hydrating toner.On the plus side, it doesn't make me breakout and rinses cleanly. Foaming formula should be good for oily skin types.
