I normally have oily skin, with stupid dry patches off and on. Lately more on than off. So I'm trying something other than the St. Ives Apricot scrub and nutrogena soap I've been a slave to for ever and ever and ever. Trying to even out my skin. I gave it 4 stars because I'm only one day into this, but very pleased! I just recently tried a whole bunch of Aveeno products for the bath and fell in love with the Body Wash, Foam bath, Exfoliating body wash, and Firming lotion. So I decided to try something for my face. I'm 37, and for some reason going through an extremely dry skin period on my whole body. Aveeno is coming through! Go Aveeno! I’ve used many face products, from high-end spa to drug store products; I’ve never experienced allergic reactions. This scrub gave me very bad allergic itchy bumps all over my face, that I had to see a dermatologist and use an expensive prescription cream to get rid of the bumps in a couple of weeks. I have clear skin, so it was very stressful to see thousands of tiny bumps on my face. On the other hand, this scrub has very fine bead; perfect texture to make your face clean and refreshing. The quality is superior comparing to other drug store brand. No question about it. I’m bummed that something in this product makes me allergic. Perhaps you would have better luck! I use it daily and my skin feels soft, has even tone, and has never affected my sensitive skin. I went thru a spurt of bad breakouts, but since using this, I get a pimple every couple months. Even though my face is brighter, my scars and some dark spots still remain. So I'm looking for something else that will work for my acne scars and dark spots. I do want that nice clear flawless skin too. It may work for some people and it may not. But yeah I would recommend it to a friend who wants a healthy glow. Pros

I have used every type of drugstore brand cleanser and just about every high end cleanser, and this just happens to be the one that works best for my skin. I have combination skin as well as sensitive skin, and this gentle exfoliating cleanser evens out my complexion, sloughs off flaky skin, and is gentle enough for my sensitive skin. I have been using this product for about 6 years now and to this day nothing works as well! My skin always looks and feels great after using this cleanser! Pros

I'm a teen with pretty mild acne, just a few pimples here and there but the the problem I have is that I have combination skin. Oily AND dry. This scrub helps me with both! I have oily skin, and the product has been made more of a creamy, moisturizer and less of a scrub. So it's not as good as it once was. Pros
