I use this fragrance-free creamy liquid to clean my face, hands and body. This product moisturizes the dry skin without making the normal parts oily. It feels soothing on my thin, sensitive skin.

I've happily used this product for years, but at some point, Avene started adding triclosan to the ingredients. I recommend that you do your own research on triclosan, as it has been identified as a possible carcinogenic and has been banned in other countries. I'm still trying to find a replacement, or may try to import the European version (which should not contain the ingredient.)

This is a great , good for the facial skin, cleanser. It is also very economical. You need just one squirt, so the large bottle should last 6-9 months. I use only at night and then tone my skin in the AM. I am 69 yrs. old and everyone comments on my pretty skin.
Cleanser is very gentle on mature skin. ENJOY

I had high hopes that I had found a product I could continue to use even though it is quite expensive, unfortunately it left my oily, very sensitive facial skin looking dull and feeling sunburned. The only good thing about it is that there is no fragrance. It will join the rest of the stash of unusables at the back of the cabinet.

I use it daily. The Avene Cold Cream was gentle and clean. It didn't make my face skin dry. I really like it. High recomnendation.

I just had to write a review on this stuff! I have developed over the past year and a half, some sort of mysterious skin problem, for which I just had a biopsy by the Dermatologist on my arm. But, I was instructed by the Derm to moisturize my skin as it's really dry. She suggested VaniCream, which is mediocre, but it's leaves a greasy feel that I don't like. So, I saw all the rave reviews on this particular brand, Avene, and bought some, even though it's a bit expensive. I am GLAD I did!! I've just made another order for more of their products. Words just can't describe how wonderful this stuff is ... the Thermal Spring Water spray, the mask, the facial wash, etc. Wonderful stuff! You won't be sorry you bought it. It just soaks right in and leaves no greasy nor masky feel on your skin. It's more like a skin nourishment and not a temporary solution of regular moisturizers. Wonderful!

This cold cream cleansing gel is fabulous! Not only is it remarkably good for my dry, sensitive skin, It also removes my makeup/eye makeup (not all cleansers do both!). I originally purchased this cleanser through the CVS Stores in my area, but unfortunately they no longer carry the Avene products (such a shame!). I have purchased other cleansing lotions (i.e., Neutrogena, Aveeno, etc.) and I tell you NONE of them compare! I am just so glad I am able to purchase this and other Avene products through Drugstore.com!!
