This cleanser is sadly ineffective and left my skin feeling unclean. It does NOT remove...Read complete review I am a big fan of the Avene Thermal Water spray can, but this product was a huge disappointment. This cleanser is sadly ineffective and left my skin feeling unclean. It does NOT remove eye makeup, and only partially removes face makeup. I had to wash my face 3 times get all of the foundation off my skin, yet I still had black racoon rings around my eyes. My skin felt as if it had a bit of residue on it so I used an alcohol-free toner and the cotton pad turned up a LOT of unremoved makeup! To be fair I also tried using this in the morning (makeup free face) and once again my skin just didn't feel clean at all. Sorry, Avene, you struck out on this one... Soft gel, perfectly clean, easy rinse off and leaves only moisture on skin, that's all I want from daily cleansing. This cleanser and the rest of the products (love the anti aging ones) beat anything I've ever used for glowing skin. Several times I've run out before it was easier to get in the US and went to expensive dermatologist brands and the change was dramatic... Avene works so much better.
