I know that toner isn't the most important part of skincare regimen but I enjoy it for a softening or brightening effect. I get that from most toners but not this one. It is so gentle that I felt no difference from putting plain water on my face. it was good to try, knowing that if my skin becomes very sensitive this would be good to use.For now I won't spend [$] on it again. I must say that I really like it! It doesn't have any alcohol in it so it's very gentle, it does actually remove any remaining traces of makeup that may have been left behind. I wouldn't say its moisturizing though I use it after I wash my face every time and its good! It has not made me break out and it's definitely good for my skin! Work very well for a drugstore toner!
