For the first time in my 48 years I have found a toner that does not bring on a eczema attack. I have extremely sensitive skin and maintaining an eczema free condition is mandatory for me. I can now use a toner in my skin care regimen without having to worry about the usual side effects I suffer.

My skin isn't really sensitive but I loved the Hydrance Optimal so I ordered this toner as well. I know that toner isn't the most important part of skincare regimen but I enjoy it for a softening or brightening effect. I get that from most toners but not this one. It is so gentle that I felt no difference from putting plain water on my face. it was good to try, knowing that if my skin becomes very sensitive this would be good to use.For now I won't spend [$] on it again.

I use the product each night before sleep. It is very gental. As I have used it only for a week, so I am not sure about its final effect. I can only say that it is not bad.

I read an article about how normal drugstore toners work just the same for your skin as brand name toners so I decided to try Avene out based on the reviews. I must say that I really like it! It doesn't have any alcohol in it so it's very gentle, it does actually remove any remaining traces of makeup that may have been left behind. I wouldn't say its moisturizing though I use it after I wash my face every time and its good! It has not made me break out and it's definitely good for my skin! Work very well for a drugstore toner! LOVE and would definitely repurchase!
Shake bottle well before use. Apply Gentle toner with a cotton pad to face and neck cleansed with Gentle milk cleanser to complete the cleansing process. Then mist with Avene Thermal Spring Water.
