Comments about Avene Moisturizing Self-Tanning Lotion, For Sensitive Skin, 3.38 fl oz:
All good news for people with sensitive skin. I like the way the tanner goes on smoothly and leaves skin soft. It really smells good too. Other self tanners I've used have a terrible smell and give me an itchy red rash. I've been using It for two weeks now and so far so good. The price is great too. I have paid two and three times as much for tanners who claim to be for sensitive skin, only to throw them out because I breakout. The only negative comment, which is no big deal, is that it does take a little longer to get your desired color. I am a very satisfied customer.
Comments about Avene Moisturizing Self-Tanning Lotion, For Sensitive Skin, 3.38 fl oz:
This is a nice product and gives a natural looking tint to skin without a strong odor or fake looking tan. If you're looking for a deep dark tan, this product is not for you but if you just want to darken a shade or two, this is a good product.
Comments about Avene Moisturizing Self-Tanning Lotion, For Sensitive Skin, 3.38 fl oz:
I paid a premium price for this because it was "hypoallergenic." I had exactly the same reaction that I have to self-tanners off the shelf at [...]. The product has a very pleasant scent and no greasy feel. I really had high hopes, but after the 2nd application (legs only), I broke out in tiny red itchy spots. If you're allergic to self-tanners, save your money--this will be no different.
Comments about Avene Moisturizing Self-Tanning Lotion, For Sensitive Skin, 3.38 fl oz:
worked reliably; use it on face and legs; if I want darker, I reapply the second coat after the first one dries. i did 3 coats one time and I was noticbly dark in a few hours. My husband noticed. The reason I am ordering online is due to my dermatologist running out of this product too often for my comfort level. I don't use tanning beds anymore.
Comments about Avene Moisturizing Self-Tanning Lotion, For Sensitive Skin, 3.38 fl oz:
I was so excited to see this sensitive skin self tanner from Avene! Although I have never used Avene products before, the product reviews were good, and I was so happy to see a self tanner for sensitive skin. Hmmm...this tanner has a little bit of a weird smell, but in relation to other self tanners, it's actually not so bad. The problem I have w/ this tanner is that it is a GRADUAL tanner, and even after applying 1-2x per day I really didn't see any results. Concerning acne, I usually only get a bump here or there every once and awhile, unfortunately i have experianced my worst break out in a long time after using this lotion consistantly for 2 weeks. Seriously, I'm now on drugstore.com looking for an acne treatment to repair the damage...go figure.
