It certainly is soothing when my skin is feeling itchy, but I also love using it to remove any residue from my eye makeup remover and facial cleanser. The skin around my eye area is sensitive to a lot of products, so this step really helps keep that area feeling comfortable. I also have occassional allergies, and this works great on mornings when I wake up and my eyes are red and irritated - I close my eyes and mist the entire eye contour area and it helps flush away the allergens without further irritating my eyes. I really like it - use it daily. It's also very refreshing on hot days or after workouts.
