I am a young active woman, who was diagnosed with knee joint pain, and recommended Cosamin ASU by my Orthopedic. I saw Avoca ASU online, read the reviews and asked my Ortho about it. He said it's a fine substitute for vegetarians. I'm not a vegetarian but the (much) lower price and the need to take 3 instead of 4 (Cosamin ASU) pills per day tipped the scales. I'm on my 1st bottle, but I can say that this product really works. It's only when I haven't felt the shooting pain in my knee during a workout, or just taking stairs, for days together, that I realize the effectiveness of this stuff. I wrote 'hard to swallow' coz I'd like it if the pills were even smaller, but they are actually smaller than some regular size caplets I've taken in the past. Drugstore.com was the best price I found for these, both online and in store. I will buy more and continue using to live and workout pain free. :)

I work on a computer all day for a living. Pain in my wrists & hands was waking me up at night. After a very short time taking Avoca I noticed a huge improvement. It has also helped in other joints as well. I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone with joint pain. I take 2 in the am, and the 3rd at night... easy to fit in my schedule and absolutely worth the price. It has definitely changed my life at work and home.

I was waking up every morning with pain and stiffness in both wrists and pain throughout the day as I work on a computer every day. I saw marked improvement after just a couple of weeks taking this product. It has also helped with knee pain. I am extremely pleased with the results I've had.
