Like someone else mentioned, the amount of gel in the bottle seems very small and you go through a bottle quickly. I started buying it two at a time, so that makes it fairly expensive at least when it comes to saline sprays; But if it works better, then you buy it. And drugstore.com seems to be theonly carrying it. VS Most Liked Negative Review OK This is ok. I personally like the Neilmed version called nasogel spray better. This burned my nasal passages. The neilmed contains baking soda which is a much better buffer and will not cause burning and the neilmed contains sodium hyualoronate which is a much better moistuizer. This is ok. Comments about Ayr Saline Nasal Gel, No-Drip Sinus Spray, .75 fl oz: I have chronically dry nasal passages and am always getting bloody noses during allergy season. Saline nasal spray helps, but having it run down the back of your throat is very unpleasant. I love this stuff because it sprays well and stays put where it is supposed to without running down the back of your throat. Will definitely buy again.
