I have been using this for many years. I prevents the inside of my nose and nasal passages from getting too dry due to living in air conditioning. I also use a saline spray sometimes before applying. The only negative would be that you have to put the gel on the end of your finger or cotton swab and apply it to the inside of your nose, but I'm used to it so it doesn't bother me.

I think the product is too expensive for such a little tube, but there is no store brand or other type of nasal gel out there.

My dad told me about this product. I had never heard of it. But it works great for helping you breathe again when your nose is stopped up. I love that the package is small so you can carry it with you in your pocket.

This product I discovered when "Ocean" saline spray was unavailable at a local store and purchased Ayr Saline Spray instead which came with a sample of this gel.

What a unique item that truly does the job! No irritation at all, great for sleeping, especially in the winter, etc.

Thankful that Drugstore.com carries this item.

I was having frequent nosebleeds. My physician recommended this as his preferred product over normal saline. I was already using Ayr. Plese do not stop stocking this product as you ae the only supplier that keeps it in stock.

I can breathe again and my sinus headaches are gone. Can't bring my humidifier to work so I got this instead. It has helped me work throught the night without getting sinus headaches from the drying heat. I carry it with me at all times.
