I've used this nasal mist and the gel for years with no adverse reaction, but the spray formulation has been changed. One spray from a new bottle caused a burning sensation in my lungs that lasted for hours. There must be something more here than plain salt and water. I will never use the spray mist again.

When using Oxygen, your nose becomes very dry and sore. Ayr relieves the stuffiness.

This is great in the winter when the air gets so dry. It's also small enough to take on airplanes, which can be very drying to the nose. I like this product because it seems to have the least "stuff" in it - it's basically just saline with no medications or other chemicals.

If you have dry nasal passages, THIS is the product to use. Both the gel and the mist are great. I use the gel at night and the mist during the day.

I won't use any other saline solution. This one does not hurt or irritate like others I have tried.
