I use this product every day in the morning. I use it more often in the spring, fall and if I get a cold. It is very gentle and has made a huge difference.
I have been using this product for years and it is GREAT! It really helps your sinuses. I have noticed a decrease in sinus infections since using this product, and if you do get one it really helps the symptoms.
I have been using for 2.5 years and it works wonderfully. I have never breathed so well. I also have been less sick. Just a great product. It is far better than using other medications.
Very effective product. I tried it because reviews seemed to indicate that it would burn when using less than other products. It may be me, but even at half strength it still burns like other products. That being said, neti pot usage and this product (or similar) is the only way to keep my allergies at bay.
I've tried so many different things, and this is my favorite for keeping my allergies in check -- non-invasive, not a drug, no harmful side effects, inexpensive. Only downside is that it has to be mixed with distilled or pre-boiled water, so can't be used everywhere without pre-planning. Still, it works, and I'll go to a bit of trouble for that!
I have tried three different kinds of saline solution and all work equally well. I like this product mostly because it is a good value. I also like the packaging, as the packets are small and I can travel easily with them.
Adults and children 6 years and older, use once or twice per day or as directed by physician. Children under 6: consult a physician before use. Isotonic: one (1) packet mixed in 6 oz. of lukewarm water. Hypertonic: three (3) packets mixed in 6 oz. of lukewarm water.
