The classic BABYBJORN Baby Carrier Original is one of the BabyBjorn favorites we’ve chosen to produce using fabric made from organically grown cotton. As a parent, you are helping to protect the environment while carrying your child safely and close to you. The Baby Carrier Original Organic is comfortable and easy to use, perfect for use both indoors and out. As with all our baby carriers, it was developed in collaboration with medical experts to suit newborns optimally.

• Organically grown cotton:  The cotton used is 100% organically grown, and BabyBjorn’s organic line is certified in accordance with GOTS.
• Ergonomic for the child:  The baby carrier has an ergonomic design that provides the proper support for your child’s head, back and hips from birth. The adjustable head support can be folded down so that the child may be carried facing forward when he or she is a bit older and able to hold up his or her own head.
• Safe and user-friendly :  The baby carrier was designed to allow you to carry your child safely and close to you, while being easy to use. The baby carrier is simple to put on and take off without assistance and easily adjusted from the front. Moreover, the front piece can be opened entirely so that you can lift out your sleeping child without waking him or her.

Carrying positions:  When the child is older and has a stronger neck, the head support may be folded down allowing the child to be carried facing forward and to have a look around.

The textiles closest to the child have been tested and approved in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100, class 1 for baby products. They are guaranteed harmless to children’s sensitive skin and will not trigger allergies.

This product is part of BabyBj�rn’s organic line and complies with GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), internationally the most recognized standard for organic manufacturing. The GOTS label ensures that fabrics have been manufactured in compliance with certain environmental requirements. These requirements regulate the use of chemicals in the entire production process, including cultivation, harvesting, production, processing, manufacturing, packaging and labeling.
