I use this for all my baby bottles and silicone nipples and breast pump accessories, and basically anything that my son will have in his mouth - spoons, dishes, toys, etc. Anyone who breastfeeds knows how breastmilk leaves a greasy residue on everything. This stuff gets my bottles and pump parts squeaky clean! Literally! No residue left over at all! I really like the foaming action of this soap. I use this bottle to refill my original foaming pump but I find that this soap doesn't last me very long. The original pump lasted not even two months. I use this a lot and I use maybe one full pump per item that I am cleaning. The original pump is a bit of a pain, the pump keeps getting stuck so it doesn't pop back up all the way unless I pull it up. But I guess that's a minor annoyance. This soap works very well and I am going to continue to purchase it. In addition to the great job it does cleaning everything, I love that it doesn't leave any harmful chemical residue and it doesn't have any fragrance. I don't want my baby's bottles to smell like flowers or citrus!

I was so excited to find this in a refill! We still have our original self-foaming pump bottle. Reserving it for only the breasmilk bottles [glass and plastic], nips [silicone] and pump equipment [silicone and plastic], the original 18oz liquid lasted about 2 years of BFing. The actual pump bottle still foams properly!!! This product is very concentrated so a quarter or half pump is all you need on a bottle brush to clean a few bottles. The 33oz refill should last much longer, but I found other great uses for it! It is awesome at cleaning out raw milk bottles [glass ones] because it really does a number on the fatty residue without leaving a residue itself [not to mention kombucha jars, and yogurt kefir makers and greasy fry-pans].

Pump onto a damp sponge. Clean dishes using minimal water while washing and rinse as normal. For difficult messes, pump foam directly onto the soiled item. Ask someone else to dry!
