I use 375 setting to straighten and then 340 to touch up. Not much touch up is required though this flat iron makes my hair straight, soft,smooth, and shiney and it stays that way. I love love love it. My flat iron time is more than cut in half. The only semi anoying thing is my fingers are long and the way I hold the iron I can accidently change the setting or turn it off, so now I flip it upside down so buttons are on other side. Pros
