Comments about Bach Rescue Pastilles, Black Currant, 50 ea:
The most beneficial aspect of the pastille form of Bach Rescue is that you can place them under your tongue and let them slowly dissolve, they give you something to chew on if you are a chewer :) they work in a few minutes but not like a drug more like a slow easing of panic. You can use them in public and it looks same as taking an Altoid, and the bonus tin box is too cool! If you do Not have the Rescue drops with you, the pastille will work just as well but more slowly. Sub-lingual [under the tongue you know] is a good way to use them and they dissolve very slowly like a gummy bear would, so you may want to chew them And move them under the tongue, both. They are a great asset to have in your purse just in case and no one knows they are anything but a candy or breath freshner, but You know and you can be assured they will help you out of a panic situation. One is plenty for anyone, two don't double the effectiveness; just breathe and enjoy the gummy bear texture and taste and relax. I keep them in the car, in my purse, and by the bed, and at this price, which is about $3 less than retail, you can afford to have several. I'm sorry the person who did Not find them effective was disappointed. They needed the Rescue drops, the liquid, which is fast and hits like a brick. The pastilles are slower and gentler. Just my opinion :)
