i use it whenever i feel stressed out and feeling anxious about not able to fall asleep. it works really well with me and my husband. it is not addicting and have no side effects. i wished it is a bit cheaper tho.

I tried it a few times when I had trouble falling (back into) sleep. It worked for me nicely. Convenient enough as I don't need to find water to swallow a pill. No funny feeling in the morning.

Was very hopeful for this product to work, since the pet formula for stress relief works so well on my cats, but now I wonder if it isn't simply the 27% alcohol content that relaxes my cats. This product simply did nothing other than waste my time and money.

Keep on the nightstand next to my bed. Just a couple of sprays on tongue and sleep comes easier. Do not typically sleep through the night, but did help in longer periods of sleep. No problem getting up in the morning.

I have a really bad time sleeping and am up most of the night. I don't want to start sleeping pills so I tried Rescue Sleep and it works. It works really great, no drozziness in the morning and if I wake up in the middle of the night I do a few spays and back to sleep. Sorry I did not find this earlier. This is one product I will keep buying. It is all natural also and that is a big plus.

This should not be used without caution. With high alcohol content you could find yourself with far worse problems than lack of sleep. It may not be safe to use with many other medications.Use your common sense.

This is the best sleep aid I've ever tried - it doesn't knock you out, but gives you a little push into sleep, is long-lasting, and you don't wake up feeling drugged. Also, the little spray bottle is super-handy to keep at your bedside table.

I wanted this product to be at least a little effective, but it was completely useless to me. I tried it several times, as directed, but noticed nothing but the alcohol breath afterwards. I should say that I consider myself to be highly in-tune to my body and practically immune to the placebo effect. So, if this product had worked for me, even a little, I would definitely have noticed it. Maybe it works for others, but it was only a waste of money for me.

I love Bach's Rescue Sleep. I use this whenever I am having trouble getting to sleep. I also will use it on plane flights because it helps with the anxiety and will make me a little sleepy (I'm afraid to fly.) You do not feel a "drug-like" affect.
