Just a few sprays helps me to fall right away to a restful sleep. It also stops repetitive or anxious thoughts that sometimes used to prevent me from sleeping FOR HOURS. With this Bach product, I go to sleep within minutes. I am not kidding. It really works. I should say that I consider myself to be highly in-tune to my body and practically immune to the placebo effect. So, if this product had worked for me, even a little, I would definitely have noticed it. Maybe it works for others, but it was only a waste of money for me. I don't want to start sleeping pills so I tried Rescue Sleep and it works. It works really great, no drozziness in the morning and if I wake up in the middle of the night I do a few spays and back to sleep. Sorry I did not find this earlier. This is one product I will keep buying. It is all natural also and that is a big plus. Pros Cons

Also, the little spray bottle is super-handy to keep at your bedside table. Pros
